To join with you gifted subscription, you'll need to complete the registration form on this page, entering the coupon code you've been given in the correct box (don't forget to press the "Apply coupon" button). The coupon will give you a 100% discount at checkout as your order has already been paid for.

Once you've completed and submitted the form, you'll be able to login and will have immediate access to the membership website.
