Can't log in after signing up
Once you've paid, you will gain immediate access to the membership site.
You'll know your sign up attempt has been successful if you're redirected to a page with a welcome video. You'll also receive a welcome email from Anna, and an email receipt.

It sounds like your transaction didn't complete and the information didn't leave your browser. There's nothing to worry about - this can occasionally happen if the connection times out either at your end or at the end of our server.
Before trying again, please check your bank or credit card balance to check that your payment has actually gone through.
- If there's no sign of the transaction, you're all clear to try again. We advise using a Private or Incognito browser window to help it go through smoothly/
- If you know that you've definitely paid and have received a confirmation email to say so, it's likely that you're using the incorrect login details. In this case, you can reset your password yourself or you can contact us to do it for you.
Was a subscription created but the status says 'on hold'?
This means the transaction was processed, but payment was not taken.
The most common reason for this is a bank declining the payment. This can happen automatically, especially if you're making an international payment. It can also happen if there was a mistake in the payment information, if the postal / zip code didn't match the one connected to your card, or if there are insufficient funds in the account you're using.
Our team will need to manually cancel your on-hold subscription before you can try again.
